Do not use this company!! They came in to provide us with a quote and walked away leaving thousands of dollars worth of damage they caused through reckless behavior. They dropped our sewer clean out cap down the pipe then lodged it into place. When trying to retrieve the cap they shot a high pressure hose through our cast iron pipe and cracked it. It's been almost a week and we can't even use the plumbing in our home until repairs are made. If you value your money and time, find anyone else to help with your plumbing needs.
RecommendedRoss Goins, Service Professional from Mr. Rooter came out to deal with a very stressful situation for me. It started out with water coming up through bathroom floor moving to bedroom, soaking the carpet. I had just moved to this new home and not familiar with septic issues or clogged drains. Ross was professional, explaining the issues to me and my son, and was able to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Services.

These are the most unprofessional contractors i have ever dealt with .was a warranty call . the plumber was having trouble removing the toilet nut , and ended up forcing the toilet up and breaking the flange , which then became a $ 700 repair. at this point the flange is broken and you are at their mercy. the tech made no attempt to clean up any of his mess They use the warranty to get in the door to rack up repairs
