Chris Doss and his partner came out and did a fantastic job and was always pleasant even after being out in the heat digging and doing a dirty job for pretty much an entire day. I really appreciate the dedication to get the job done and do things right beyond just what is just written up on the estimate and maintaining a positive attitude throughout. 5 stars all around

Mr. Chris Parlett (5 stars for sure!) did a fantastic job replacing my old water heater (Sears Kenmore 1991)! He was timely, knowledgeable, had all the parts/tools needed on hand, made sure that everything would pass inspection, and taught me what I needed to know. He was clear on pricing and what needed done from the start, answering any questions I had. He didn't just put the water heater in and leave, he made sure it was secure (mine was in a very "weird" spot), and even filled up a hole my Dad had sealed with newspaper. ... read more

My wife and I had just bought our house. The bathroom tub and sink drained kind of slow, we didn't think much about it other than planning to redoing it down the road. Recently, our bathroom clogged up so bad it took hours to drain. I contacted Mr. Rooter for help, they set me up with an appointment first thing the next day. They arrived on time and were able to access what was needed and got it done with ease.
