My wife and I have been in our new house -- what? -- 4 or 5 days? Went down to the basement to unpack a box, and found our primary sewer pipe had split and was leaking. After spewing a tirade of profanity that'd stun most folks, I gave Mr. Rooter a call at 7:30 pm on a Thursday evening. Tech Chris came out, fixed the cracked pipe, and was done by 9 pm. My highest recommendation for the company!
Technician Chris was here within 45 minutes of our call. He was very professional and thorough in getting our basement drain unplugged. Thanks for a job well done Chris Paulette.
My mother and father have been out of water for 9 days today. This company has given them the run around, and they sit today waiting for the appointment!
Technician did not listen to what was telling him about the problem i was having..explained multiple times what was going on and still didn't listen..when he tried to snake the drain he didn't even use any cutter bits to clean out blockages. Did not fix my problem at all and then proceeded to say i need a ton of money in work done and charged me 200 dollars for what he did..huge disappointment. I do not recommend them at ALL!
