The price was the best out of everyone I called (I ended up paying less than the package I originally chose because Mr. Plumber only charges for the work they do. My plumbing didn't need all of the services in the package, so I ended up saving a little more than $100!). Ben was excellent, friendly, and so gracious when it came to answering all of my questions. We have had Mr. Rooter do several water and plumbing jobs for us. We have always been pleased with their work and professionalism. They are extremely knowledgeable about sump pump problems, drain back ups, toilet issues, and any number of household problems that can suddenly catch a homeowner by surprise.
