These guys came out and were very respectful. Which I appreciated. I believe Jetter was the fellow who took the brunt of the mess that turned out to be a plugged up county mainline. They were able to diagnose the problem and talk to the county folks for me. I really appreciated that they were honest and cleaned up as best they could after the issues they had to deal with before figuring out that it was the county line. I appreciate their hard work.
The team that came were great. Corey did a phenomenal job, I couldn't ask for better service. Would hire them back in a heart beat!

A technician responded within 90 minutes of contacting them. Tech John N***** assessed the issue - tree roots in sewar line - quoted a price and began working on the problem right away. It was a unique plumbing situation and took 3 days to fully complete. John kept me updated during it and the job was completed on time when he said it would be at the price quoted. Very happy with the end result and the wonderful job done by John.

I appreciated receiving an email with a picture of the Mr Rooter employees when they were on their way to my house. Billy, Josh, Kevin and all the crew were on time, friendly, professional, explained the process to me and answered all my questions. They all worked very hard to ensure me the work would be done within the timeframe quoted. Mr Rooter also has the heavy equipment to get the big jobs done.

I was originally going to write a great review until I checked around after the fact. They said no service charge to come out. Something was wrong with the faucet handle that regulates the hot water. It was a simple fix. The technician turned the water off outside, came back in the house, took the handle off the faucet, made a 10 second adjustment, put the handle back on, turned on the water, then I turned on the faucet back on and it worked perfect.
