James, from Mr.Rooter came out and gave us an estimate on the replacement of our kitchen sink.. Arrived at the agreed on time and did a bang up job of replacing the sink. No surprises! He did what he said he would do when he told us he would do it. He also replaced the closure on a bath room sink. My technician, Martin S. was very pleasant and did an excellent job of taking care of installing a meter yolk for my irrigation system in a very tight space in my basement. Two thumbs up!!
Once again, I am so happy with the service I received from this company. I have used them several times in the past and they were the first ones I thought of when I began having issues with my sump pump. Martin was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it before a catastrophe occurred; if it had been 24 more hours, my basement would have been flooded! I will continue to recommend this company anytime my family or friends have plumbing issues. They are the best!
Nate was extremely helpful. He came out the same day that we called and gave us a fair estimate. We had other things going on, but he worked around our schedule and came out when it was convenient for us. He did the work in an extremely timely manner, that day. He made the minimal mess possible for the job, He was friendly and personable and answered all of our questions and concerns without any issues. I will be using Mr. Rooter again in the future.
I had called Monday morning for service to my kitchen sink. They were extremely busy and kept me aware of this situation every 45 minutes after the service time I was quoted. I decided to cancel the service and reschedule for Tuesday, May 2, between 4 and 6. At approximately 1230 I was notified a service rep was available, Adam arrived within the time scheduled. Josh explained all the work he was going to do and was very patient in answering all my questions. There were no "surprises" involved with his work and the estimate that he gave me.
