Excellent fast service. I had a leak under the kitchen sink and called Mr. Rooter. They had a service technician out within an hour. Chad identified the problem and was able to make repairs quickly and did an excellent job. We are extremely satisfied with the work. This company exhibits an excellent work ethic and are very responsive to any problems.

I had a pipe burst New Years Day. Thank God for Mr. Rooter! They answered my frantic call and sent someone right over. Sam fixed the pipe good as new and his completion ETA was perfect - he finished as the team arrived to start cleaning up the water. I'd recommend this company to anyone.
Exceptional experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing, Columbus. Techicians; Martin and Aaron were professional and completed the job timely with excellent skill's and knowledge.
James and the customer service dept were very responsive and provided a quick resolution to our leaky supply pipe in our kitchen ceiling. Would highly recommend James and Mr. Rooter for all plumbing needs.
