I had a pipe burst New Years Day. Thank God for Mr. Rooter! They answered my frantic call and sent someone right over. Sam fixed the pipe good as new and his completion ETA was perfect - he finished as the team arrived to start cleaning up the water. I'd recommend this company to anyone.
Exceptional experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing, Columbus. Techicians; Martin and Aaron were professional and completed the job timely with excellent skill's and knowledge.
James and the customer service dept were very responsive and provided a quick resolution to our leaky supply pipe in our kitchen ceiling. Would highly recommend James and Mr. Rooter for all plumbing needs.

Sam came out on THANKSGIVING DAY to help us with a leaky overflow/waste assembly on our tub. He quickly diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution. The price was completely reasonable, especially considering it was a holiday. They don't change their rates for that! Martin S**** was sent out to us by Mr. Rooter/Mr. Electric on Thanksgiving morning. Our disposal had a developed a bad leak and was not working which would have made Thanksgiving food prep and service for our family very tough. Martin was on time and arrived around 8 am.
