I had work done previously by Mr. Rooter and was pleased with their service, so I contacted them again. I had a semi-emergency. My water had been shut off by the City of Mesa due to high water usage being read at the meter. Mr. Rooter was able to come out to my house the next morning. We are very satisfied with the service we received. Starting with the same-day scheduling for a drain stoppage of unknown location. The technician, Efrain arrived with the snake and was unable to fully penetrate the line, he then called his supervisor Louis, who provided the camera and after four hours was finally able to detect the (2) significant obstructions of "eggshells." I think Mr. Rooter is a great plumbing company with great plumbers. I found this company on the "My Guys" publication and they live up to their advertising. My first contact was with Devon but,because Neil lives west of Central, he took on my problem and did a yeoman's job. zzzi can truly say, "I found my plumber in 'My Guys'"

Had to wait a long time for a tech to arrive to clean out a kitchen drain line (7:30pm, when we were told that a tech would be here between 2 to 4pm). The tech was nice, assessed the job, and did the work without making a mess. I would use the company and the tech again.
Devon came out today and quickly resolved our bathroom shower issue. Thanks so much!
