Mr. Ben B. from Mr. Rooter Plumbing came to our house yesterday to alleviate my plumbing problem...a very plugged up kitchen sink drain. Ben was very pleasant, soft-spoken and mannerly. He had the drain unclogged in no time. I would not hesitate to recommend this gentleman for a plumbing problem at anyone's home.
Experience was timely, had calls from main office as to arrival time , all personnel explained my problem & worked to find best solution with least yard disruption. Entire excavation & cleanup was to my satisfaction .

I recently had to have a hot water tank replaced.. Mr Rooter installed the tank on the same day that I called, however I was not at home. When I returned, I noticed that a shut off valve was installed in the wrong place as well as several other questions. When contacted, Mr Rooter responded with Both Mark and Tim S**** who determined that the wrong tank was installed. They immediately started the ball rolling to install the right tank.. First time using Mr. Rooter and I was very pleased. Keenan was very honest and forthcoming and didn't try to sell me something I really didn't need. That's a rare thing nowadays.
Regarding Mr. Rooter Plumbing - Columbus. I've dealt with this company for many years. Their plumbers have always been courteous, respectful and professional. Recently company man Ben came to my home. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend him.
Our service call was handled promptly and we were kept abreast of when he would arrive. Chad explained the services and the costs and was able to resolve the problem. Excellent service.
