We had an overflow due to a broken drain pipe under our garage floor. As soon as the company name popped up on Angie's list, I received a call from them. They came out and immediately ran a camera through our drain in question to verify what the problem was (at no cost; other companies charge over $200 for this diagnostic) The inside crew replaced a bunch of old cast iron drain pipe with larger, plastic pipe and dug out the garage to expose the faulty iron pipe under the floor. The service providers that I had were very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions so that I understood what I was being told, Yes, there were things that I didn't like hearing,. They were able to fix the important part of my problem to my satisfaction and I was happy about that. I would happily recommend Mr. Rooter to others. ******

I was shocked that they were able to come out so quickly, even with a non emergency. Trenton was very easy to work with, he explained the procedure and quoted the price before beginning the work. So no sticker shock. I would call them again if needed. I work in a commercial building.

I found all the employees that worked on my site were very professional, well trained and the newer employees were eager to learn and ready to solve my problem and make me a satisfied customer. And yes they were successful in that goal. *** *.
I was facing a dug up lawn and dismantled patio to resolve a sewer line blockage. The tech who diagnosed the problem made me sleepless for several nights. On the day the dismantling was to take place, Dave, a boss man, came to review the problem. Backhoes were in place and ready to go. Dave determined that a simpler fix to my problem was possible. At his company's expense, the simple problem was fixed. His honesty and integrity were very obvious. This is a class A business and I can't recommend them highly enough!
Aris was awesome! I told him I have had this problem in the past, thus he took the extra steps to make sure it would not happen again. He left to go to *******and get the parts he needed to fix the problem correctly because he did not have them on the truck. In addition, he was really personable! I also feel like their rates are reasonable!
