Mr. Rooter Plumbing in Columbus. Sent Service Tech. John S**** to my home to clean out the tub drain and kitchen drain. It is an old house. So it was not an easy task. There are so many bends in the pipes. But John had determination and was successful. Thank you John. Great Job! The company should be very happy to have you on their team.
Tim was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. His work was done quickly and when completed he cleaned his work area. Tim made us aware of the cost for the work immediately.upon arrival.
Nate W****** visited our home to repair a plumbing issue today. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was courteous and polite. The job was completed in very good time and done well. The Company was very quick in responding to our needs and I was surprised they could come out as fast as they did. Mr. Ben B. from Mr. Rooter Plumbing came to our house yesterday to alleviate my plumbing problem...a very plugged up kitchen sink drain. Ben was very pleasant, soft-spoken and mannerly. He had the drain unclogged in no time. I would not hesitate to recommend this gentleman for a plumbing problem at anyone's home.
Experience was timely, had calls from main office as to arrival time , all personnel explained my problem & worked to find best solution with least yard disruption. Entire excavation & cleanup was to my satisfaction .

I recently had to have a hot water tank replaced.. Mr Rooter installed the tank on the same day that I called, however I was not at home. When I returned, I noticed that a shut off valve was installed in the wrong place as well as several other questions. When contacted, Mr Rooter responded with Both Mark and Tim S**** who determined that the wrong tank was installed. They immediately started the ball rolling to install the right tank..
