Contacted Mr. Rooter for a new water heater in July. They came quickly for an estimate and were installing next day. We were told the inspector would be by, and we were even given a date. No inspection (as of end of September). Stated the new water heater met requirements for $200 rebate from ***** - according to ***** it does not. Water leaking from shut off valve after work was finished (they came & replaced the valve for additional cost). I had a pipe burst on a Sunday. Called the first name on the Google search. They called immediately to let me know they would be out that day and no extra charge! Very professional and polite. Set up work for the next day. They called before they arrived and were quick to get to work. I was relieved to have a reputable company to get this done.

Had Mr. Rooter out today to unblock a clogged drain in my basement. The team arrived earlier than anticipated which was great. Everyone I interacted with from my initial conversation with customer service to the guys who came out to service my drain were very friendly and efficient. They were able to clear my drain without issue in a very timely manner and cleaned up after they were done. They explained all the steps they were going to take in order to clear out the drain and showed me on camera the culprit of my issue. I ha... read more

The men and women who work for Mr Rooter are amazing. Customer service was over the top the price is extremely reasonable and they treat you like family I would recommend mr. Rooter to anyone it was like having a handyman there when I needed it

I have been a faithful customer since I had moved to Dublin Ohio almost 8 years ago. All the technicians are very knowledgeable and polite. Billy knew exactly what he was doing gave me great advice regarding the faucet we had him examine. I plan to continue to work with Mr. Rooter should any plumbing issues occur.

I had a horrible experience with this company! I called Mr. Rooter to look at a septic problem and they came back three times to supposedly address the problem. I was charged $4,000 to fix a problem, yet when they left after several days of working, the problem was not fixed. I was eventually told that the cost to repair the problem would cost between $10,000 and $20,000 depending on what was found to be the problem.
