We were pleased with Mr. Rooter and Nate. In a time where plumbers advertise "24/7" this company actually means 24 hours seven days of service--- not just people taking your calls. Nate arrived, was polite and took care of business.

I have been using Mr Rooter for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Today we needed a new hot water heater and some other little repairs around the house, including outside faucets. I have mentioned that we are moving in the next few months and Nate let me know that one thing that will not pass inspection was the downspouts. He got them fixed along with everything else and saved me another call/day with the plumber.
