First of all, from a customer service standpoint, they were outstanding. They replied to my ******* **** request within 1 hour. They were on time to do the FREE estimate and called ahead. I can not speak on the quality/accuracy of their service since I decided not to go with them. The estimate to replace a warranted *****' water heater came back at over $1300. Dustin from Mr. Rooter came to my house today to advise me about a sewer odor in my basement. I have had three plumbers come to investigate this situation and of the three Dustin did the most professional and thorough examination. He was by far the most professional. I intend to use Mr. Rooter to handle this situation.
Audi was efficient, professional and personable. Cleared our drain and advised us on what to do to avoid another clog.
While costing more than I had anticipated, the recommended procedure cleared the drains and pipes and will hopefully eliminate the need for follow up visits for some time to come.
Kitchen faucet was loose. Jason R came out and showed us the rusted out connection before stating that the unit would need to be replaced. He secured the new unit and was back promptly and installed it. Also replaced the cartridge for dripping tub/shower.
Leaking disposal. The worst of the worst plumbing service. I would give them a negative score if I could. They charged $450 to replace a brand name disposal with a generic cheap replica. Disposal leaked and soaked the bottom of my kitchen cabinet and now I have to replace their leaking disposal and have someone come in to replace the plywood and restore the kitchen cabinet. Simply terrible workmanship. The worst plumber ever.
Great got a gushing leak on Friday night. Was able to get someone out on Saturday to fix it . THOMAS H. Was great
I worked with Dominyc at Mr. Rooter. He was amazing!! He explained every step in the process and helped me understand what issue I was having with my plumber. Jimmy was also very helpful in that he connected me with ***** ***********as soon as he saw the damage that the leak had caused. I could not have asked for a better experience and I fully intend on calling Mr. Rooter for any future plumbing needs.
Great work that was done came on time very respectful but clean up needs to be much better after job completion.
