Very thankful to Mr. Rooter for being diligent in getting to my home and assessing our issue....Audie was very kind and did a very thoroughly assessment...although not something Mr. Rooter is able to help us with, we so appreciate the effort and getting a tech to our home in the same day!!!!
The original schedule tech was delayed, so they substituted "Cody B", who arrived in minutes from the time I was notified that he was coming. He was professional and courteous. The overall job was above my expectations. I had 2 water hose bibs/exterior faucets that were 24 years old, leaked when running, and one had a crack in the pipe (probably from freeze damage). One of them *might* could have been fixed with new gaskets, but I do not like putting new gaskets on equipment of this age, especially when the housing was of a ... read more

Cody B was professional neat clean and super friendly! Mr Rooter was here two hours faster than expected! Awesome communication with emails and photos. Was really blown away. The cost was two hundred dollars less than I paid for the same service several years ago from a national company who didn’t give me a estimate prior. Great job would use them again. As my wife said you can tell when a lady owns a company!

Ray from Mr. Rooter arrived on time and did a very fast, efficient job of replacing the Hot Water valve just downstream of my Hot Water heater. He explained everything he planned to do and executed professionally. As a bonus, he answered some general plumbing questions which will be helpful as I complete a pending DIY project. Pricing was very reasonable. If the job was free I would rate him and Mr. Rooter a 12! :)

Torrey did a fantastic job. They were able to schedule the service call quickly and I was notified by call and email that Torrey was on the way. He was able to replace our water heater the same day. I will be using them again in the future!!
