Megan M**** sent a technician (Mark) to repair a leaking trap. Mark was on time and very efficiently repaired our drain. Thank you Mr. Rooter
The technician did a great job explaining my options prior to starting any work and he did an outstanding job cleaning my drain and showing all his work as he went.
I had a broken drain pipe, Martin came out and went through the whole process with me when he found the pipe that was broken. Martin and the whole crew were very polite. Martin came back the third day to finish the clean up in the basement and did a great job. I m very pleased with the job they have done. they are coming back in the spring to finish the outside, have to wait for the dirt to settle.
Again Mr. *******, Chad, has saved the holidays from destruction. I will never call anyone else for repair again. Thank you
the excavation team did a good job on my sewer drain. They were on time and did the job in one day
James B********** did an excellent job with our water tank. Our tank is now sitting straight on a sturdy box, the vent is safe, the corroded pipes are gone, the proper size pan was installed and the work is neatly done.
The Mr. Rooter plumbing service was a very positive experience. The plumbers, Adam and James, explained the nature of the problems was the gas line very thoroughly and addressed my concerns about the danger of the gas line running under the family room to the fire place. They made adjustments to the line; of course sealed the leaks. They worked efficiently and quietly and did a very nice job. All the while being polite and professional. I am very happy with the work.
I believe the work was properly done and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I was not terribly pleased with the response time though. Although I was promised that the tech would be there between 2 and 4 and that was close, there was some problem. Before 3 PM, we received a call that the tech would be here within half an hour. At 4 PM, we got another call that the tech was on his way and at 4:30 he finally arrived. There was no explanation. Chad from Mr. Rooter was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue promptly; quickly confirmed his diagnosis and recommended a solution that could be completed that same day.
