Aris was awesome! I told him I have had this problem in the past, thus he took the extra steps to make sure it would not happen again. He left to go to *******and get the parts he needed to fix the problem correctly because he did not have them on the truck. In addition, he was really personable! I also feel like their rates are reasonable!

Called them about a hot water heater a year ago. They adjusted it and refused to charge me. This time it could not be fixed but they had 2 men doing the work so that we could make a dinner date. Personable and talented staff. I recommend them highly.

Thomas H**** was a great tech. Wish he had a machine to dig the trench, but he dug it by hand and did not complain. He would have been much sooner with some equipment.

Once again it's Mr Rooter to the rescue! Huge job this time...front and back yard drains put in and new lower level pit and sump pump installed. The team worked regardless of the rain and did a wonderful job for us. This was not a 1 day job and they were here early every morning for 4 days until it was completed. So professional and kept us informed every day on the progress. This was a very muddy cold and wet job and they were fantastic. I wanted to talk about our experience with our team today but it only gives me the option to speak about the field leader. Greg was at our residence to assist Eric for a short time but Eric is who we wanted to comment on. Eric showed up first and was the last to leave. From the beginning introduction throughout the day Eric was very informative as we showed him the several issues we were having. We had called to get the control valve fixed on our water heater and made the appointment a week in advance. we got a call about 30 minutes before our time window saying no one was going to show up. mind you when we called we said we haven't had hot water for some time, whoever called us my mom explained to her again that we had no hot water and the person calling said oh that's not was told to me, so either your service reps don't listen to customers or they do a very poor job at relaying messages to your service people.
