We had an overflow due to a broken drain pipe under our garage floor. As soon as the company name popped up on Angie's list, I received a call from them. They came out and immediately ran a camera through our drain in question to verify what the problem was (at no cost; other companies charge over $200 for this diagnostic) The inside crew replaced a bunch of old cast iron drain pipe with larger, plastic pipe and dug out the garage to expose the faulty iron pipe under the floor. Aris was awesome! I told him I have had this problem in the past, thus he took the extra steps to make sure it would not happen again. He left to go to *******and get the parts he needed to fix the problem correctly because he did not have them on the truck. In addition, he was really personable! I also feel like their rates are reasonable!
Called them about a hot water heater a year ago. They adjusted it and refused to charge me. This time it could not be fixed but they had 2 men doing the work so that we could make a dinner date. Personable and talented staff. I recommend them highly.
Thomas H**** was a great tech. Wish he had a machine to dig the trench, but he dug it by hand and did not complain. He would have been much sooner with some equipment.
