6-11-2020 So happy with the service we got from Mr Rooter. Looked at our problems and gave us a quote in minutes. When he started, he continued to attend to the repairs in a very professional manner. Will use Mr Rooter any time I need plumbing work done.

Fast Response, Professional Technician. My issue was the $59.00 trip fee to get quote of $345.70 to clean a drain when they should have been able to give me the quote over the phone. I declined service as we've had it done 4 years prior for $95. Called back the prior company who will be out tomorrow to do the same job for $125.00

I had a wet spot on the side of my house. When I called the person on the phone was very nice ,set my appointment promptly. The serviceman was on time and friendly. He thoroughly checked water pressure, faucets,etc. He spotted something not up to code done by another company, potentially dangerous. He said to call them since it was still under warranty. They were able to come in a very timely manner. The repairs were done verywell. The plumber was professional and respectful.
Guys were awesome.....main sewer line was clogged but the Calvary showed up and did one hell of a job digging up and replacing a broken section of pipe. Guys were all business and very professional. THANK YOU!
