While costing more than I had anticipated, the recommended procedure cleared the drains and pipes and will hopefully eliminate the need for follow up visits for some time to come.

Kitchen faucet was loose. Jason R came out and showed us the rusted out connection before stating that the unit would need to be replaced. He secured the new unit and was back promptly and installed it. Also replaced the cartridge for dripping tub/shower.

I worked with Dominyc at Mr. Rooter. He was amazing!! He explained every step in the process and helped me understand what issue I was having with my plumber. Jimmy was also very helpful in that he connected me with ***** ***********as soon as he saw the damage that the leak had caused. I could not have asked for a better experience and I fully intend on calling Mr. Rooter for any future plumbing needs.

I had a pipe burst on a Sunday. Called the first name on the Google search. They called immediately to let me know they would be out that day and no extra charge! Very professional and polite. Set up work for the next day. They called before they arrived and were quick to get to work. I was relieved to have a reputable company to get this done.

Had Mr. Rooter out today to unblock a clogged drain in my basement. The team arrived earlier than anticipated which was great. Everyone I interacted with from my initial conversation with customer service to the guys who came out to service my drain were very friendly and efficient. They were able to clear my drain without issue in a very timely manner and cleaned up after they were done. I have been a faithful customer since I had moved to Dublin Ohio almost 8 years ago. All the technicians are very knowledgeable and polite. Billy knew exactly what he was doing gave me great advice regarding the faucet we had him examine. I plan to continue to work with Mr. Rooter should any plumbing issues occur.
