I had a pipe burst on a Sunday. Called the first name on the Google search. They called immediately to let me know they would be out that day and no extra charge! Very professional and polite. Set up work for the next day. They called before they arrived and were quick to get to work. I was relieved to have a reputable company to get this done.

Had Mr. Rooter out today to unblock a clogged drain in my basement. The team arrived earlier than anticipated which was great. Everyone I interacted with from my initial conversation with customer service to the guys who came out to service my drain were very friendly and efficient. They were able to clear my drain without issue in a very timely manner and cleaned up after they were done. I have been a faithful customer since I had moved to Dublin Ohio almost 8 years ago. All the technicians are very knowledgeable and polite. Billy knew exactly what he was doing gave me great advice regarding the faucet we had him examine. I plan to continue to work with Mr. Rooter should any plumbing issues occur.

We had an overflow due to a broken drain pipe under our garage floor. As soon as the company name popped up on Angie's list, I received a call from them. They came out and immediately ran a camera through our drain in question to verify what the problem was (at no cost; other companies charge over $200 for this diagnostic) The inside crew replaced a bunch of old cast iron drain pipe with larger, plastic pipe and dug out the garage to expose the faulty iron pipe under the floor. The service providers that I had were very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions so that I understood what I was being told, Yes, there were things that I didn't like hearing,. They were able to fix the important part of my problem to my satisfaction and I was happy about that. I would happily recommend Mr. Rooter to others. ******
