We had to have our finished basement jack hammered in order to diagnose an overflow problem. We have had 4 other sewage overflows over the past 6 years. Mr. Rooter finds the "root" of the problem so it can be solved for good and they give a lifetime warranty for their work! I want to talk about the crew that did our work. The work was completed over a span of 10 days it was such a HUGE major project. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!! Our sewer backed up and we called Mr. Rooter. The technician who came out could not remove the blockage. Then he charged us $100 more to snake it from the street. Also not unblocking it. We had suspected a break so we had him run a camera. He found the break, but would not mark it on the floor. This whole fiasco ended up costing $500. THEN because said technician could not unblock the sewer it FLOODED our basement 3 days later. We called them back to get them to come out and re snake it, but they w... read more

They efficiently handled a call at 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning. Their technician, Matt B*****, arrived in 45 minutes, was personable and cleared the problem quickly. Mr. Rooter isn't cheap but, given their prompt and effective response, were well worth it. I recommend them highly.
