Justin H did a great job with the issue we had at the house. This is third time calling Mr. Rooter and every time they were very professional. Justin was the same way. Especially with the tight space he had to work with.

Have a leaking shower head - Mr. Rooter came out in November and "fixed" the problem, back again in December and now here it is early February and still have the leaking shower head. They give a 1 year warranty; however, they will only come back 1 time to fix the same problem without extra charge. I refused to pay additional money for them to fix the problem that I started off with; therefore, I'm having to hire a reliable plumber to get the job done and pay them for something I have already paid Mr. Rooter for. I contacted Mr. Rooter in Central Jersey because of water leading through an overflow pipe in the basement. I was told 75.00 to look at it and if work was done then the 75.00 would be applied. They came and charged 422.00 to run a snake through a pipe and an additional 250.00 listed as a Custom task. he dug a 3 foot hole. they told me it was fixed but should consider another bigger job for $3000.00. one night later (New Years Eve., we have the same leak back in the overflow pipe again. I have never experienced such terrible customer service and work (or lack thereof), as I did from the Mr. Rooter company and its technicians. They did not take the time to properly investigate, didn't listen to my concerns or what I wanted them to do, and inevitably made the problem worse. To top it off they did not fix the issues they made worse to at least get me back to where I started when I called them. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I got from David and the team at Mr. Rooter. What I thought was a drainage leak in my concrete foundation (est. repair cost at least 5000.00) ended up being just some loose fittings underneath my sink. However it did cost upwards of 800.00 because they had to run the camera down the lines to confirm there was not any broken pipes. ***Bottom Line- They solved and fixed the problem in a timely manner***

Mr. Rooter Review In May 2020, I hired Mr. Rooter to snake out my outdoor drain, as things were beginning to back up in my house. I had hired them about 5 years ago to do the same thing as well as to fix a leak with my kitchen sink. The worker was nice and the price was reasonable, so I was happy to bring them out again. Paid an extra $129 to snake the laundry pipe drain, the young guy did that however the clog was still there 4 days later another inexperienced technician came out use the camera, and still couldn’t find a clog or any Sludge, 3 more days later an experienced plumber was going to come out but my husband figured out where the clog was and fixed it, we paid well over $500 for a clog which was fixed but we feel they should of returned the 129 for the laundry clog which they did not fix!!
