The original schedule tech was delayed, so they substituted "Cody B", who arrived in minutes from the time I was notified that he was coming. He was professional and courteous. The overall job was above my expectations. I had 2 water hose bibs/exterior faucets that were 24 years old, leaked when running, and one had a crack in the pipe (probably from freeze damage). Cody B was professional neat clean and super friendly! Mr Rooter was here two hours faster than expected! Awesome communication with emails and photos. Was really blown away. The cost was two hundred dollars less than I paid for the same service several years ago from a national company who didn’t give me a estimate prior. Great job would use them again. As my wife said you can tell when a lady owns a company!

Ray from Mr. Rooter arrived on time and did a very fast, efficient job of replacing the Hot Water valve just downstream of my Hot Water heater. He explained everything he planned to do and executed professionally. As a bonus, he answered some general plumbing questions which will be helpful as I complete a pending DIY project. Pricing was very reasonable. If the job was free I would rate him and Mr. Rooter a 12! :)

Torrey did a fantastic job. They were able to schedule the service call quickly and I was notified by call and email that Torrey was on the way. He was able to replace our water heater the same day. I will be using them again in the future!!
This is the 5th time I have used Mr. Rooter for clogged drains. Same day service call. Arrived on time. Very courteous and neat plumber. Gave me helpful advice on how to prevent future drain clogs. Reasonably priced and accepted coupon. I highly recommend this company.
