I am very pleased with the service received from Mr. Rooter employee Conner. He was outgoing, polite, respectful and very honest re: the issue with the drain. He worked diligently on the system, found the issue and explained it clearly. He was later assisted by Jet, also polite and respectful, both showing empathy because of the system’s needs. Called in the morning, service 35 minutes later! Can't beat that.
Thier services were efficient and friendly. They sent email with a picture of who was coming and the time they would be here. They cleaned up after they provided the services and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended. Torrey Harris was very friendly and done a wonderful job.
Very polite and respectful, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. I would definitely recommend them and I would use their services again.
Mr. Rooter did a great job for us. Arrived early, the technician (Aaron) was professional, courteous and just a very nice guy. He was able to fix the issue with our shower control which saved us a ton of money. We have used Mr Rooter before, will call again if needed, would and have recommended them to others.
I called Mr. Rooter when another company never got back with me after 2 days. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and explained how things would work and a technician was out in less than 2 hours after I called. Jason examined the problem and gave an honest appraisal of what needed to be done to fix it and then proceeded to fix the problem.
