Hello, We requested service through ******** **** ******on our plumbing due to water backing up into our house from toilets not being able to flush properly. There was a backup somewhere in the pipe and per my service plan; we are covered to have a plumber come and snake our pipes up to 100 feet. We were gifted this warranty through the seller of our home that we purchased 2 weeks ago. We had a leak under the sink that leaked into the living room, dining room, and living room. We have ***. The plumber assigned from Mr. Rooter came to the house and found that the leak was caused by a hole in the drainpipe. In his report he reported the Failure cause: Normal wear & tear but then under Contractor notes he inaccurately said the failure was due to a shift in the foundation. That is not correct. I called Mr ********************** due to water leaking in kitchen/bathroom floors.I Hydro scrub was done/visual inspection w/camera. said my sewer pipes were corroded with large holes and that was the source of the leaks I was quoted $8000,guaranteed I would no longer have water on my floors. On 7/22/24 I had a clean water break in the line to the refrigerator overnight. I woke to saturated flooring in the kitchen, the great room, the sub flooring, the joists, and a flooded basement floor. I called the first plumber that came up on ******* Mr *********************** I did not think they would answer because it was so early in the morning, but they did. Had a shower line break taking out the valve for replacement. They arrived late, asked what our maximum we wanted to spend? Gave estimate of 1189.00 plus tax. As he was asked to leave, the next company showed up. Had $227 in material/parts and $100 in labor. Done in an hour, done right, done quick and did I not try to gouge us. Rip offs, taking advantage of folks.

They were working on a new septic system for my home. After waiting eighteen months, I caller Mr. Rooter. They said the man working on this project no longer works for them! They would send someone out that afternoon between three and five to see my project. About four o’clock they called and said they no longer do septic systems. No calls from them for eighteen months!!
