I needed to fix some fix some plumbing fixtures in my house and decided to try mr rooter and see what a quote would cost. I filled out a online contact me card and not even 3 minutes later I got a call back. I explained my issues that needed fixed and they got me setup for someone to come onsite within a few days depending on my availability. We just finished a bathroom repair/remodel due to water damage from a leaky toilet with work being done by ***** ***********and Mr Rooter and are still reeling from the end cost. Pricing was extremely high and we definitely expected a lot more than what we got considering what it ended up costing us. I won't get into specifics here, but suffice to say we did not fully get what we expected for $10,000 worth of work. I have used Mr Rooter in the past and again most recently. Although they can be a little pricey, the payoff is a 2-hour Appt window and same day service. Chad F was cordial and knowledgeable. He was persistent in unclogging a stubborn kitchen drain. He should be considered for a future promotion or raise.

Will ******* arrived at our home to fix our shower system, exactly on time, introduced himself, and went right to work. My daughter and myself were so thankful for Mr. Rooter having assigned such a gentleman who knew his trade so well, to help us with our situation. He diagnosed the problem immediately, and had everything done to our satisfaction in less than an hour. Justin H did a great job with the issue we had at the house. This is third time calling Mr. Rooter and every time they were very professional. Justin was the same way. Especially with the tight space he had to work with.

Mr. Rooter helped us remove a 1987 water tank and installed a new one. The technicians who helped with this removal and installation were outstanding. Jason came out and analyzed the problem and determined that we needed a new water heater. He came out the next day with the replacement tank and installed it. Great effort was put into removing the old tank so he called upon two co-workers to help him remove the very heavy old tank. Through every step of the process, Jason explained what to expect.
