Sump pump gave out after heavy rain fall. There was 1" to 2" in the basement. Contacted Mr. ******** it's was snowy and slick out, yet they arrived within several hours. They installed a new sump pump and contacted restoration company for me. Great, timely service.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing your experience! It sounds like Mr. ******* really went above and beyond, especially with the weather conditions. Its great to hear they were able to quickly install a new sump pump and help connect you with a restoration company. Great service can make all the difference in stressful situations like that!
Within an hour of me calling to request a plumber your *** ****** showed up at my door. He was friendly, as well as knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problem and played out several options. There was no pressure from him to choose a certain way to go. He left it up to me. He then fixed my problem in a very reasonable time and gave me some good maintenance suggestions to help keep my water heater working as it should. I am happy with the service I received and will call Mr. ********************** again if I need a plumber.
Business response:

We truly appreciate your trust in us and look forward to assisting you again whenever you need a plumber. Thanks for choosing Mr. ***********************
Very polite and professional. The plumbing aspect was great. Finished job was not as cosmetically appealing as I had hoped.
Service tech (*****) was professional and explained how to avoid future problems. The drain was fixed quickly and pricing was upfront and reasonable. Would definitely use again.
Mr. ********************** incompetence cost me $4928.09 for a supposed plumbing problem that did not exist. I was charged $963.89 for a camera inspection and flushing of a sewer line. Mr. **********************s plumber told me that I had a collapsed pipe and would need to have that part of the system cut out and replaced. Mr. ********************** offered to complete the job for an additional $4800. Instead, I hired my own plumbers and after $3964.20 of work they presented me with the supposed collapsed pipe. The pipe was... read more

Absolutely one of my worst experiences with a local company in Greenville. On July 7th 20** I had a main water line coming into my home burst and reached out to Mr Rooter of Greenville based on recognition of their name and it being an emergency situation. Their technician came and quoted me a price of $2,000 to repair. I felt $2,000 was high but I had no water and needed it done. Today, January 3, 20** Mr. Rooter's expensive repair failed and at 2:30am I had the same river running down my driveway and another emergency repa... read more
I have to say I was very disappointed with the quality of service we recently received from Mr. *********************** Back in October, we noticed a leak in our basement, and called them, and this plumber came and put a wax ring, but there was still a leak, and we were then told that the entire bathroom floor had to be replaced. Another restoration company happened to be here at the same time to check on something else and had to tell this plumber to check for asbestos. He also left the house for about an hour to buy anothe... read more
I am writing this to spare anyone else an outrageous estimate for plumbing work. I purchased a new stylish faucet fixture for my remodeled bathroom, and requested installation. The tech checked the old fixture briefly and reported that it had "dry leaks" which could possibly lead to a mold problem. All this was irrelevant since the new fixture contained all new materials. I subsequently found out by another plumber that I did hire that there was nothing significantly wrong with the old fixture, aside from regular use. Mr. **... read more
