Very professonal and Tory Davis has been to our house twice for plumbing jobs .he is very curtious and friendly but so were all the workers.We are grateful to Mr. Rooter and all the workers that were at our home. Thank you for a job well done ***** *** * ****** ******

I will not use again. I believe I was overcharged for all work that was performed. My insurance company did not pay for much and by me signing, I had to pay charges. I advise everyone that is going to use Mr. Rooter, read the fine print when they get the mitigation company at your house with forms to sign. They talk really fast. Just be careful and read every word before you sign. They lost a very good customer. I used to have them do a lot of work, but it ended with my last experience on 07/21/23.

Please do not use Mr Rooter of Columbus or their restoration company.My husband and I are seniors and my husband is taking cancer treatment . They took advantage of our age and situation.Our septic system backed up and went in our garage and lower floor. They blew out the backup in garage pipe but told us we needed to pull up all pipes in lower level plus floor and walls in family room, stated they needed to replace all the pipes. They had done work & we had a problem. They came & fixed it free of charge. Chris done a great job. It's nice to know they stand behind their work. We've used them 3 times & will continue to use them as a need arises. Thank you Mr Rooter.

This company is the worst. I called them out to snake my toilets. The so-called plumber that showed up did not even look at the toilets. He started recommending things. He had two other guys join him, and they tried to tell me my basement needed to be dug up and the plumbing going to the outside needed to be replaced. They wanted to do a power flush-out (or whatever they call it). It was 'only' going to cost around $900. My husband told them to go ahead. I purchased a new hot water tank from Mr. Rooter and had them install it. I paid for them to pull a permit (~$225). A year later i was having issues with the tank and couldn't seem to find a settlement during the impasse. I went to my local city office to find out they never pulled the permit and the city was not happy about this. After visiting the Mr. Rooter office and meeting with a manager and bringing this to their attention, they immediately went and pulled the permit (a little over a year later). I reached out to have my vent stack cleaned/cleared. They came out and quoted a price to do so, and proceeded to not address the vent stack, waste time in their van doing nothing and suggest progressively more elaborate services that were non-related to my request. The issue I called them for was not addressed at all and I had to pay for the guy to sit in his van for an hour talking to his 'supervisor'. Terrible and unprofessional experience that wasted my time and money.

Our toilets overflowed and couldn't be used. Mr. ********************** came out and tried jetting out the pipes but back pressure blew out sewage all over the basement floor. Their cleanup and restoration crew came out and did an excellent job cleaning up and sanitizing the mess. To make a long story short our cast iron pipes (70 years old) were bottomed out in several places and had to be replaced. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I called Mr.Rooter to come look at a clogged floor drain, and they came out the next morning. The technician, ******, quickly noticed our buckled wood floors and said we had a "biological issue" because the clogged drain contained sewage, so he had his water restoration team come out. ****** went up on the roof and ran his camera through a roof vent after clearing the clog, and called me outside to look at his camera.
