David was very professional & knowledgeable and was wearing all his PPE. He looked the water tank over and gave his evaluation.
When the first tech couldn’t figure something out, he called his supervisor, who also came on site. Both were polite and concerned over my problem - our pipe which the washing machine drains into is too narrow to hold all the water and it bubbles up into the basement shower. They cleaned it out the best they could but told me there would be no charge if it didn’t work.
I am very pleased with the service received from Mr. Rooter employee Conner. He was outgoing, polite, respectful and very honest re: the issue with the drain. He worked diligently on the system, found the issue and explained it clearly. He was later assisted by Jet, also polite and respectful, both showing empathy because of the system’s needs. Called in the morning, service 35 minutes later! Can't beat that.
Thier services were efficient and friendly. They sent email with a picture of who was coming and the time they would be here. They cleaned up after they provided the services and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended. Torrey Harris was very friendly and done a wonderful job.
Very polite and respectful, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. I would definitely recommend them and I would use their services again.
