We recently had a clogged toilet. We tried every thing the plunger ,etc. to no avail. Dustin V. came over and with the auger took care of it. He is a very knowledgeable tech. he went above and beyond he saw a scratch in our toilet bowl. from the auger. He said he knew of a method to get rid of the mark He went out to his truck and checked with his supervisor to see if it was ok to do that method. He came back in and took the scratch out. On July 3rd, My Garbage disposal had quit working. At 8am I called Mr. Rooter. At 9am Mr. Ray Imes-Cor the technician arrived. after looking at the problem he gave me a price for the work. It was high, but I didn't want to be without the use of my sink, on the Holiday . A few months previous my garage door motor broke, It took me a full day to get three estimates an two additional days to get it fixed. Hi. Everyone was polite, friendly, fast and very easy to work with. They explained everything so it was really easy to understand and keep up with what they were saying. They weren't pushy or forcing anything that I didn't want done or could not afford right at this time. They got here right on time, didn't make a mess and checked the whole place out thoroughly from one end to the other. Even gave me an extra discount, which helps out greatly. I called Mr. Rooter on a Friday morning. Within 45 minutes I had a team at my home to assess a problem with basement lift station. Without it working, I could not use any water or toilets in my house (and it was 4th of July weekend with out of state guests staying with me). They quickly found the problem and removed old pump and replaced it with a new one within hours! The pricing for service and supplies was very reasonable. Our service man, Mitch, was great in reviewing the job at hand with an older home for a remodeled kitchen. He seemed to really enjoy working with new facets, disposal and dishwasher. He immediately went to work sorting through the set up. With the newer equipment, placed in a old area of the kitchen, he really worked to produce a very clean mechanical set up to provide the end results. My wife loved it!

Joe came to my house to replace my garbage disposal. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He did a great job not only of putting in a new unit, but he cleaned up my kitchen and left it spotless. I recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing for anyone who needs plumbing repairs.

I’ve heard people are paid to write good reviews on line, this is not the case. After experiencing 4” of water in our entire basement on February 6th after living in our house for 42 years and never having any water at all, you can imagine our shock. We called a local plumber, he was able to clear the blockage, drain the basement. Service Master cleaned, dried and discarded all our water damaged items. Aris, a supervisor, and Justin, a technician, came to finish a big plumbing job started the day before by another tech. Both were knowledgeable, competent, professional, courteous and friendly. Aris checked and confirmed what Justin had said needed to be done, and left Justin to his work. Justin did a great, thorough job and cleaned everything up when he was finished. We were very impressed and satisfied with everything the Mr. Rooter workers did to take care of the repairs we needed. We will certainly use them again.
