Excellent and quick service. My hot water heater failed and my place was flooded, they showed up within an hour and within three hours assessed and completed the full replacement of my hot water heater at a reasonable cost. These guys deserved 5 stars no doubt.

Do not use this plumber!!! We called them to winterize our outdoor faucets. We had problems with them freezing in the past. We had the work completed in Nov 2. In January both faucets froze. In March when I was laying down soaker hose on the side of the house. The outdoor faucet began to leak between the wall and faucet. It more than 2 weeks after several calls they finally sent someone out. The plumber said it will be 800 dollars to take down what they did to fix the issue. I was told that we were out of warranty. This is one of the most dishonest companies. They checked the wrong toilet when providing service to our home and performed no work as the toilet was already in good working order. They then charged us $200. As they're SUPPOSED to be certified plumbers you would expect they would let the homeowner know the toilet was fine and needed no attention. We then had to call them to come back out the next day and have them fix the toilet that did need serviced. Which they then charged us an additional $200. This is absolutely a case ... read more

Mr ********************** is not trustworthy. I called them out for a routine snaking of our sewer line in early December 2023. The tech hit a root that the snake "could not clear" (or so he claimed). He sent his supervisor out to camera the line, and supervisor tried to convince me we had to replace that section of our sewer line (for $6800). I did not buy it. We used Mr. Rooter this week to replace 80 year old cast iron sewer pipes in our downstairs basement. The job wasn't urgent but was very necessary for repair. We thank Mr. Rooter for their quick response. The technician came out, gave me several options with reasonable estimates. After reviewing everything with my sister, we called Mr. Rooter back and the technician returned and replaced the pipes all in the same day. This is a high dollar Company. They are more interested in charging for services in addition to what they were orginally contacted for. They installed cleanouts for my sewer system in my yard. THEY BROKE MY RETAINING WALL AND USE DIFFERENT COLORED CINDER BLOCK TO REPAIR IT1 The wall looks terrible and they left the job without telling me they were done. We had a backed up floor drain, and called them because they offered financing and had the best rating. Because our home has not gotten maintenance done ever there was a whole host of problems that needed to be worked out. The employees gave us many options from the most expensive to the least expensive, and did not push services or products when we said no. They charged me the $95 rooter charge THREE TIMES though they cleared only one line. They refunded one of the $95 charges but not the second overcharge. I have contacted them 6 times and have been told that someone would call me. No one does.
