Terrible service. Had a tub leaking an outside faucet leaking. A young kid they sent worked to replace parts on both for 4 hours. Charged me $1600!! Both are still leaking!! Called them to complain. No resolution… Dear Ms. A., We hate having unhappy customers, we really do. After fourteen years of taking care of you and your mom's plumbing needs, it's disappointing that we were unable to satisfy you after our last job. Very professonal and Tory Davis has been to our house twice for plumbing jobs .he is very curtious and friendly but so were all the workers.We are grateful to Mr. Rooter and all the workers that were at our home. Thank you for a job well done ***** *** * ****** ******

Had issues with tree roots in my main sewer line. Tyler and Alex came out and cleaned them all out, and discovered some further issues with the nearly 100 year old sewer line itself. Royce and Daniel came out (9/29/2023) and gave it a great relining. They were ontime, clean, and even disinfected the area before leaving. Didn't hurt that they love cats :). Thanks again to Alex, Steve, Daniel, Royce for clearing the main drain, answering all of questions, answering my calls and doing a superb job on the liner. Now I can rest easy knowing that the main line won't get clogged out as long as I don't put anything that is not supposed to go down there.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great ???? very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . Great job

paid money, received less than promised. came to house and said we had a slab leak and they referred us to leak detectors without any further work done. tried to speak to office with no solution. referred leak detectors found leak, not in slab, in front yard. called mr. ********************** back with no solution, they stated the $400.00 was basically for the referral--they won't do the work
