We had to have our finished basement jack hammered in order to diagnose an overflow problem. We have had 4 other sewage overflows over the past 6 years. Mr. Rooter finds the "root" of the problem so it can be solved for good and they give a lifetime warranty for their work! I want to talk about the crew that did our work. We needed a new hot water tank the tech Dustin was very professional and friendly we're very satisfied with his work. ********
They efficiently handled a call at 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning. Their technician, Matt B*****, arrived in 45 minutes, was personable and cleared the problem quickly. Mr. Rooter isn't cheap but, given their prompt and effective response, were well worth it. I recommend them highly.
