Dustin is super knowledgeable and worked in the rain till the job was done.
I cannot over empathize the professionalism of the entire organization from the administrative return phone call and followup to the courteous efficient and considerate workmanship of David. I read some of the previous review comments and find it hard to believe that Mr. Rooter would even be remotely overpriced with their quotations. I had a 10 year old sump pump and a bad float switch so it was time. I asked a ton of questions all of which Chad was able to answer. The product installed has great ratings anywhere I checked. Chad was in and out in a very short period of time.
The technician Jason was knowledgeable and professional and very personable and pleasant. I found Mr Rotors fees to be very unpleasant and inflated.
Jason did a very professional job in a timely manner. Job was priced right.
CB did a great job. He was very detailed and explained everything before he did anything. He was prompt. I would hire him again
We had to have our finished basement jack hammered in order to diagnose an overflow problem. We have had 4 other sewage overflows over the past 6 years. Mr. Rooter finds the "root" of the problem so it can be solved for good and they give a lifetime warranty for their work! I want to talk about the crew that did our work.
