I highly recommend this company for any of my plumbing needs. I called because out water heater was leaking. Needless to say we needed a new one. The company was quick in their response, superior in their customer service, and extremely helpful in their assistance with the rebate from Spire. The plumber & Tech took the time to cover my floors, protect my walls, and wore shoes covers. They were also very neat and clean in their appearance. All workers were very professional and did a good job. Had to have whole sewer line replaced from back, through garage out to street. They did a great job.
Mr. Rooter helped us remove a 1987 water tank and installed a new one. The technicians who helped with this removal and installation were outstanding. Jason came out and analyzed the problem and determined that we needed a new water heater. He came out the next day with the replacement tank and installed it. We recently had a clogged toilet. We tried every thing the plunger ,etc. to no avail. Dustin V. came over and with the auger took care of it. He is a very knowledgeable tech. he went above and beyond he saw a scratch in our toilet bowl. from the auger. He said he knew of a method to get rid of the mark He went out to his truck and checked with his supervisor to see if it was ok to do that method. He came back in and took the scratch out.
