Mr. Rooter did a great job for us. Arrived early, the technician (Aaron) was professional, courteous and just a very nice guy. He was able to fix the issue with our shower control which saved us a ton of money. We have used Mr Rooter before, will call again if needed, would and have recommended them to others.
I called Mr. Rooter when another company never got back with me after 2 days. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and explained how things would work and a technician was out in less than 2 hours after I called. Jason examined the problem and gave an honest appraisal of what needed to be done to fix it and then proceeded to fix the problem. Fast service. Patient technician. Thorough service. Clear explanation. We were happy with Corey; he answered all our questions with expertise. We felt happy and comfortable having him snake our main line out for house. We will definitely use again.

This company has the best employees and they are always answering the phone for an emergency. They are prompt and do great work. They do both Plumbing and Electric. They should be your number one call.
They were super quick to reply to an online quote request and showed up that evening. BUT...Way overpriced for a new water tank. When we called to cancel they offered to take additional money off. They were still over the market cost for the products and services. I also think it is funny that they instantly were willing to drop the price when we said we went with someone else local. No matter when I call they are able to send a technician within a day. Very courteous and professional.
Steve did an excellent job cleaning out the drains and replacing the exterior pipe leading to the septic. He analyzed what was wrong and explained it thoroughly showing me the vision of the camera in the pipe. He was very detailed in his work and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with what he did. I would recommend this company.
