Bradley and the new employee Fritz, he was training, fixed my leaking toilet. The tank bolts needed new washers and the flush valve assembly had to be replaced. He didn't have the part but purchased it at the local hardware store. The job was completed quickly. The repair was reviewed with me. The bathroom was left clean and all trash removed. Mr Rooter Plumbing provides quick service at a fair price.
Martin S and Matthew B. work great together as a real team!! They looked into our concerns and fixed them!! We thought we had a kitchen disposal problem which would mean a replacement but this team saw that was not the problem. The problem turned out we needed a new kitchen sink faucet. We thought a new faucet would not completely look right with our old brown sink so we looked at options and we got a new sink and new faucet! Martin at Mr Rooter Plumbing - Columbus was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable and his work quality was the best. He and his partner were friendly and cleaned up when finished. They had all the parts to complete the job with them when they arrived. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
Chad was our tech from Mr. Rooter. Very personable. Respectful. Professional. He arrived promptly and cleared our clogged drain. We will request him if ever need service again.

I would like to commend Brad N******** for the excellent service he provided to clear the main kitchen sink drain and repair leaks in my home. There was great attention to detail in all of his work and clean up. I will not hesitate to recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing and Brad to friends and family.
Request for installation of new water heater and installation was easily set up for day of call. Martin S**** and assistant were on time and professional. Explained that heater could last after determining why it was tripping the fuse, but agreed to install new heater. He was able to give me a discount worth more than the coupon on the phone book or military discount.
Martin came out to give an estimate on connecting a new washer (& dryer) to existing plumbing. He was on time, very professional and explained our options and what he would do. He gave me confidence that he can get the job done.
