Bradley N. was our service agent, he was extremely polite and professional. He did a fantastic job and I recommend Bradley and Mr. Rooter. Jobs performed: faucet installation.
I would like to commend Brad N******** for the excellent service he provided to clear the main kitchen sink drain and repair leaks in my home. There was great attention to detail in all of his work and clean up. I will not hesitate to recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing and Brad to friends and family.
Request for installation of new water heater and installation was easily set up for day of call. Martin S**** and assistant were on time and professional. Explained that heater could last after determining why it was tripping the fuse, but agreed to install new heater. He was able to give me a discount worth more than the coupon on the phone book or military discount.
Martin came out to give an estimate on connecting a new washer (& dryer) to existing plumbing. He was on time, very professional and explained our options and what he would do. He gave me confidence that he can get the job done.
If you live in the Columbus Ohio area and are fortunate enough to have Adam C. as your service person, consider yourself lucky. Mr. Rooter is lucky to have him, and smart to keep and promote him; he is proud of his profession and his employer. A company that makes these kind of choices concerning their employees must be a good one.
Megan M**** sent a technician (Mark) to repair a leaking trap. Mark was on time and very efficiently repaired our drain. Thank you Mr. Rooter
The technician did a great job explaining my options prior to starting any work and he did an outstanding job cleaning my drain and showing all his work as he went.
I had a broken drain pipe, Martin came out and went through the whole process with me when he found the pipe that was broken. Martin and the whole crew were very polite. Martin came back the third day to finish the clean up in the basement and did a great job. I m very pleased with the job they have done. they are coming back in the spring to finish the outside, have to wait for the dirt to settle.
Again Mr. *******, Chad, has saved the holidays from destruction. I will never call anyone else for repair again. Thank you
