Excellent service and rapid response to my emergency problem. Called at 10:00pm on Thurday and I was scheduled for the next morning Friday at 0800! My field service guy helped me big time.

I called Mr Rooter after having a different plumber out twice in the past 10 months. They actually snaked my sewer line and put a camera down so I could see what the problem was. It only cost me a little more than the first plumber and they actually fixed the problem. Cory and Josh were awesome and very knowledgeable. They explained everything and told me what it would cost before I had them do the work. I will definitely call them again for my plumbing issues.
I am very impressed and satisfied with the solution and outcome of Thomas from Mr. Rooter coming out. He was here within an hour of my calling, very professional, curtious, and came up with an excellent solution to my bathroom sink continously dripping and running when shut off. He installed a new, much better, and nicer one than I originally had. I am very happy. Mr. Rooter has always done great work when I have called them.
It’s never a great thing when you have to call a plumber, and soon find it’s not a small job. For the initial visit, Chris came out and went to work to identify the issue, starting with the least expensive fixes. He even gave me some tips for things that help keep drains at their best. When it became clear snaking the drain would not work, he was great about assessing the pipes in the basement, and quickly assessed the issue. Everyone with this company were professionals and very courteous. They made a very difficult situation less traumatic.
All the guys were very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable. They kept me in the loop the whole day they were here.
Jason very competent and professional and instilled a sense of confidence about his potential to do the job. The charges were reasonable with the exception of the faucet price. We have an older home and the top of the line ****is a little pricey for where it is going to be used. I am sure I can work Lisa at Mr. Rooter and find a mid level faucet.
