great work! very good at getting the job done and doing it right. Chad is a real gem as he has great work ethic and clearly he is careful and very good at his job. If I needed a plumber, he would be the guy I would want to help me. Chad has the ability to supervise others and to make sure others do their job, like he does, perfect!
Called the evening before, scheduled service for next day. Josh arrived within the time frame reviewed the job, gave me a quote, had to get parts, came back and had my drain working and all new piping under the sink in a short amount of time. Highly recommend!
We love Mr. Rooter! This was the 2nd time we called them with a problem. And once again they were knowledgeable, quick, very friendly and have reasonable rates! This company truly cares about the customer and they prove it. :)
Josh with Mr. Rooter is always courteous, prompt and does an excellent job. He installed a sink and garbage disposal several weeks ago and when I received a recall on the disposal, he promptly replaced it with a new one.
Great Company, very professional
I had Mr. Rooter come and quote a new hot water tank on a Sat. Josh S. Came right on time and provide a solution to my problem. He was great! He provided great knowledge and skill. Very good communication skills and work ethics. If I have a plumbing issue in the future I will use Mr.Rooter in Dublin and I will ask for Josh.
Martin was very curtious and freindly. I really appreciate everything he did to find and fix my problem.
Josh from Mr. Rooter did an excellent job of diagnosing the reasons behind water seeping into our basement floor--and quickly and efficiently replacing the non-functioning sump pump in our newly purchased older home. Without his quick action, we would undoubtedly have had a flooded basement with the next rainfall. Many thanks to Josh and Mr. Rooter for being able to do the work promptly and well. Highly recommend!
