had a sink backup problem with condo we just purchased. Got immediate call & quick service from Mr. Rooter. Alex K was pleasant and knowledgeable and problem was fixed. He also put in a water shut-off valve which was needed. Would definitely use Mr Rooter if we incounter more problems.
Billy W. was prompt on his arrival. I explained the situation, he took a quick survey, explained the options and how he planned to approach the solution. Fixed the toilet and was very professional and friendly with me.

Had a gasoline smell in closet with drain. Mr Rooter was able to determine that smell was not from my drain, but from condo-neighbor’s garage. Great diagnositic skill.
Dustin D***** from Mr. Rooter was personable, while professional. On time, explained options with the water heater and installed it. Then went over the operations of the water heater. Dustin was fantastic!
Corey came the same day that I called and replaced the kitchen garbage disposal and snaked the drain which had stopped up. He was very professional, courteous, and thorough. He answered all questions and even volunteered much helpful advice. I would highly recommend him based on my experience even though I was somewhat surprised at the cost of the repair/replacement. I appreciated the coupon that was applied. I will certainly consider calling Mr Rooter again for any future plumbing needs.
Made appointment for estimate to install gas line from furnace to gas cook top. Woman called next am and said cancelled because does not have gas pressure gauge, I said you do not need it. She said still cancelled because appointment made after hours, I said made at 2;30 yesterday afternoon. She said still cancelled, I asked to speak to manager, she said they are in Texas and i can not give out the number. Left complaint on corporate site. What losers
