Having purchased a new washing machine, upon delivery of same it turned out that the hoses connections to the water lines were rusted and thus could not be removed. It became necessary to call a plumber to fix the problem. I called Mr. Rooter and within hours, Chad was dispatched to my home. He is everything a customer can wish for from a service provider. My 4th time using Mr. Rooter. Obviously a fan. Courteous, timely and thorough. Reasonably priced
Josh did an outstanding job on installing our kitchen faucet.He was on time and and expedient. The only disappointment I had was the Moen faucet,...which I thought was of good quality at first,[ stainless steel ]...turned out to be of lesser quality...[Plastic]..a much less expensive model.I suppose it was on me to ask,but didn't. All in all MR. Rooter has really got it together!....I'd use them in the future.

Explained the problem thoroughly with recommendations. Did an excellent job. Area was very clean when he was done. Job was done in excellent time. Personal appearance was 10 star. overall Aaron was rated out a 10+out of 10.

Can't say enough good things about Mr. Rooter service. I was able to set up a fast appointment and everyone I dealt with was courteous, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Tim L diagnosed my problem quickly and correctly. Any future water problems.....Mr.Rooter will be my first call.
We were able to get same-day service and our technician was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Would use them in the future for any plumbing gas or electric needs we have.
Polite, efficient and knowledgeable service person. Cost is higher than other plumbers in the area.
