The service man did a fine job. I did have two issues, one was the overall price, and did not receive the correct credit for the coupon I had. The total price was for unplugging a toilet, and shortening the discharge pipe on my sump pump, and fixing the sump pump drain pipe on the outside of the house so the rubber fitting would fit better. My credit coupon was for $58.00, but on the e-mail invoice, the credit was for $57.00. With the discount, the total came to $384.88 for the job. Mr. Rooter provides amazing customer service. They answer calls promptly, provide flexible scheduling, and arrive on time. They immediately knew how to resolve my plumbing concern and did it in one appointment. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.
We are very pleased with Mr. Rooster, our repair man Billy went above and beyond to help us, we recommend them very highly. Will definitely use them for all our jobs when needed. Have used them on more than one occasion, can't say enough about them, they are the best, very happy with their service.
