Excellent company and extremely dedicated personnel. Arrived on time, did a thorough review of the problem and worked until the problem was solved. They also provided a proposal to reduce the cost and frequency of sewer cleaning events by installing an accessible cleanout and check valve on the lateral line to the main. Would use them again.
We called Mr. Rooter & expressed an urgency for service since we're leaving town & won't be available. We also said don't bother w a repair, just replace the water heater. It's leaking & we don't want to return to a flooded basement. They said they'd be here 11-1 today so I took off work. It's now 4:44 & they are on their way. They kept me appised of delays but never implied it would be 4 hour wait. Not sure we want to hire them now. The servicemen from Mr. Rotor were excellent, Adam and Raymond. They arrived quickly, same day I called, assessed the problem, and explained exactly what they would do. The whole visit was less than an hour, and my problem was fixed. I would recommend them and call this company again.
Several plumbing related items to be taken care of. All work explained in a patient, professional and friendly manner. All work done in a timely manner. Area worked on was cleaned up and returned in better shape than found. Very pleased with workmanship and especially with technician James B********** who went above and beyond what was required.
We had Mr Rooter in our for 3 weeks taking care of a large(300 feet) sewage break in our house. Josh, Chad, Adam, Martin and Martin were the main technicians but there were others. The team was incredible--way above my expectation. They were very professional, courteous and very good at what they do. I highly recommend Mr Rooter for any plumbing needs. Having purchased a new washing machine, upon delivery of same it turned out that the hoses connections to the water lines were rusted and thus could not be removed. It became necessary to call a plumber to fix the problem. I called Mr. Rooter and within hours, Chad was dispatched to my home. He is everything a customer can wish for from a service provider. Josh did an outstanding job on installing our kitchen faucet.He was on time and and expedient. The only disappointment I had was the Moen faucet,...which I thought was of good quality at first,[ stainless steel ]...turned out to be of lesser quality...[Plastic]..a much less expensive model.I suppose it was on me to ask,but didn't. All in all MR. Rooter has really got it together!....I'd use them in the future.
