This is the 5th time I have used Mr. Rooter for clogged drains. Same day service call. Arrived on time. Very courteous and neat plumber. Gave me helpful advice on how to prevent future drain clogs. Reasonably priced and accepted coupon. I highly recommend this company.

Second time using this company...both experiences were great. Cody was so knowledgeable, polite and just really nice. When the need arises again they will get my business.
Mr. Rooter is always on time and all the technicians are very polite and very professional.
Our technician was very polite, and when he arrived early, asked if I would prefer he wait in the truck until the scheduled appointment time, or start working. The technician quickly assessed the situation and presented a digital statement of the ”cost of repair” for my approval before starting the repair. He repaired our leaky shower, even explaining and sending digital pictures documenting his work/replacement of parts. He worked in a timely fashion and left things as neat and clean as he found them.
Charges too much. Found a local company that did the work for less than half quoted by mr rooter. They quoted for work that did not need to be done.
I think that Mr. Rooter of St. Louis does not understand the meaning of "Customer Service!" I called them to set up an appointment for a clogged drain in the main sewer line as there was a back up in our lower level shower. I was advised that service would be taken care of between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM on Tuesday, January 7. When 7:00 PM arrived, I called the customer service number to ask why the tech had not arrived yet. Zach M**** was courteous, friendly and quickly assessed my problem with pipes under kitchen sink. He took time to listen. He had an immediate plan and took time to do the job well. No more leaks and no need to have my husband take time off to fix things. Thank you Mr. Rooter and Zach.
Amazing company I have used several times. But this last time they went above and beyond to do all they could for me during a time where I had just lost my father and of all things needed major work done on collapsed pipes. Alex was wonderful in working with me and the Team of excavation men did a amazing job by avoiding tearing up my deck ( which my father built) and still getting the job done. Mr Rooter is the best.
