We were ecstatic with the work Audie R*** and Martin S**** performed at our residence. They committed hours to clear a particularly stubborn clog in our drainage system at no additional hourly cost. Both gentlemen were personable, thorough, and quite knowledgeable about plumbing repair. Mr. Rooter will definitely be our business of choice for future plumbing needs. Very pleased with the work of Eric F**** in replacing a leaking kitchen faucet. What I thought would be a difficult job to either fix or replace, was not. Leak and rust on existing product precluded repair. So F**** located a similar product available and in stock at a nearby Home Depot. While we drove over to purchase a replacement faucet, F**** commenced removing the old one. Bradley did a fantastic job replacing old corroded water lines in our home. He knew his profession inside and out. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Job was completed in a timely fashion. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future! Can't say enough good things about Bradley and this company.

Bradley and the new employee Fritz, he was training, fixed my leaking toilet. The tank bolts needed new washers and the flush valve assembly had to be replaced. He didn't have the part but purchased it at the local hardware store. The job was completed quickly. The repair was reviewed with me. The bathroom was left clean and all trash removed. Mr Rooter Plumbing provides quick service at a fair price.
Martin S and Matthew B. work great together as a real team!! They looked into our concerns and fixed them!! We thought we had a kitchen disposal problem which would mean a replacement but this team saw that was not the problem. The problem turned out we needed a new kitchen sink faucet. We thought a new faucet would not completely look right with our old brown sink so we looked at options and we got a new sink and new faucet! They had all the parts to complete the job with them when they arrived. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
