I had the best experience at Moritz Chevrolet. Derek Johnson was my salesperson and he did not rush me or make me feel intimidated. I was a single woman on the prowl looking for a good bargain. Mined you I had already did my homework online. So I knew that I was not going to be rushed into something I did not want. Derek Johnson was my salesperson. I set up an appointment for 1:00 dropped the truck off at 12:30 went over to talk to our salesmen about upgrading the truck came back to service waiting room and waited and waited its shouldnt take that long because it was only an oil change but when I went up to check on it after 2:00 they said they had just started on it! We didnt get out oif there until 3:00! Needless to say we will never go back to them again and its to bad because our salesmen Louis was great!
I went in because of a recall. I even set up appointment and it still took them 3 1/2 hours for them to finish my truck. When I called they told me it will take 45 minutes.
