My daughter had mechanical problems with her vehicle this morning where her car would not move at all. She called your dealership for help and was told she would have to have it towed in by 2:00 and that she might be responsible for all fees and repairs even though she has an extended warranty. She works and has a 2 year old and cannot be without a vehicle. She called another dealer and they sent a wrecker and offered her an emergency loaner. That is good customer service. First time buying a vehicle. I came in knowing what I wanted. The people were all friendly and I could not have asked for anything better. Between the kind faces and the "Mortiz Promise", I left knowing I came to the right place.
Had a great new truck buying experience. Got a great very reasonable offer for my trade, and a fantastic deal on a new truck. Add another vehicle to my list of those bought from Moritz. Sales Consultant Tony Carreon did an excellent job! Cool table top computer screens in finance too!
My salesman Mario Sorto made my car buying experience a great one. He kept me with updated info regarding my auto loan, as well as answering any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family! This guy gets a 10/10 for his professionalism.
