I was looking for a car for my 19 year old daughter. Moritz Chevrolet is one of our Fort Worth Chamber members so I started with them. The experience was exceptional. Had my transmission flushed there a couple of months ago. A week after I dropped the pan and the fluid was black as tar like it had never been changed. I called the service dept and the guy was rude and basically told me I was lying. Then today I looked up a part online and it was listed at $16.75 when I got to the parts house it was $22.06. I complained and the just ignored me. Will never deal with this place again.
There are no better guys in this business than Monte and Tony. They've earned our business for life so much so we come from Houston to get our vehicles from Mortiz Chevrolet. Excellent experience with unprecedented service every transaction.
This dealership is awesome! I’ve bought trucks from the used side of the lot a couple years ago and had an amazing experience. Bought my first brand new truck from Michelle Sons yesterday and was blown away by her customer service. That lady is on top of her game! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I can’t say enough, honestly. If you’re looking for a new Chevy, go see her! She’ll do all the work for you.
