I had a bad experience with them. giving me false information. I bought 1 truck and was told to wait on Tuesday that the rebates would be better to buy the Tahoe then. on Tuesday Lewis said he couldn't get it to the price he had told me he was able to get it too. nothing but disappointments.
RecommendedBig Thank you to Blaine Landers @ Mortiz for the great deal he gave me on my 2006 Jeep Wrangler. I drove from the Westside of Houston to Fort Worth for the deal he made me. Blaine is a great guy and the whole crew we delta with at Moritz were very inviting and very professional.
Though I did not buy my Tahoe from Moritz, I ended up having to take it there for service. Gary Booth in the service department was great to work with in coordinating getting my car towed, a loaner set up, and getting my car fixed, oil changed, and tires rotated all in 24 hours! Great experience.
A great place to buy a vehicle! My salesman Ed was outstanding and showed me that he cared and wanted the best deal for me. A truly welcoming staff, made me feel welcomed like their own. I went in for a test drive but left with a Traverse. Jesse Cerda was very informative and helped tremendously. He stayed way past the time he was supposed to get off and help set up all the features owning a Chevy comes with. Definitely ask for him to help you out! This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from him and will continue to go back!
So I went in a 8:20 A.M. an Saturday morning to get a " free" oil change that came with the $45,000 price tag for my new truck, only to be told it would be 3 1/2 hour to get an oil change and there accessory shop was closed. Also told that I could come back on Monday between the hours 8-5 if the 3 1/2 wait was to long for me. SHAME ON YOU Moritz for thinking that a 20+ year vet of the service industry is ever going to set foot back on you property! Clearly understaffed on what is the average person's days off.
I highly recommend Moritz ? Tony Gutierrez Internet sales and George in Finance was and is very professional ,courteous, friendly, respectful and most of all they both are very customer oriented. Everything went smooth on both ends Sales & Finance . I purchased a 2018 Silverado and definitely will be back and recommend MORITZ CHEVROLET in Ft. Worth .
