We have bought multiple vehicles from Moritz both new and used. They have always taken care of us as they do all their customers. We won't go anywhere else.
I hated this dealership they were no help. I called to get some service on my traverse and the guy told me I had no warranty which he was wrong because when I took my traverse to another Chevy dealership in the DFW area they said I do have GM warranty. This dealership said I wasn't covered on a rent car to and I would have had to pay money out of my pocket for all the expense. Well they were wrong I got a loaner car at the dealership I went to! About a month ago my family and I were on vacation when our AC went out in our Tahoe. I called 6 nearby Chevrolet dealership and no one would even consider looking at my vehicle. I called and spoke with Gary Broome in the service department and told him that I was in town for vacation and I have two kids with us. After talking to his manager, he told me to come in right away and they would get us in. The service department is very professional and courteous. I think Moritz Chevrolet has the worst service department in the metro-plex.... with no appreciation for you.. the customer.... only if your the right clor of skin... the truth hurts!!!! Let it be known... I sure will..
My opinion might not mean a lot considering this was my third time there at Moritz and it was for the same problem, AGAIN, enough is enough; poor attitude, poor service, poor explanation!! Never will go back again! May be only one customer but very dissatisfied! Let it be known .... No Humilty
