I have no idea how the place stays open. The absolute worst service department. I highly recommend not using this dealership for any service. I was lied to about what was covered under warranty, the boy handling my repair wouldn't give me his bosses number, way over priced compared to other chevy dealerships in the area, also the boy told me that the GM manufacturer warranty differs from dealership to dealership... are you kidding me? People save yourself a headache and don't take your vehicle there for any kind of service.

Moritz is top notch. They have the top selection of whatever vehicle you're looking for, and their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. I definitely recommend them! DJ Garner is the best!
If you want to buy a truck or car go here. But if you need service on your new chevy. Dont go here at all. They are slow as shit. And seemed not to give a shit about the customers that need service. All i needed was an oil change. 2hrs later i got to leave. I guess because its hard to do an oil change and real hard to process the paper work so they can pull my truck up. The service guy that helped me was awesome, but there was a different guy that processed the paper work. I think that was the hardest thing he had to do frid... read more

Their service was great, I was in Ft. Worth on vacation and my suburban broke down. I called them they told me to come right down. They got my suburban in found the problem and had it fixed with in hours.
I just had the best experience with a car dealer!! I know right, crazy. I was in a quick search for a car, for my son, in a lower price range and eventhough they didn't have what I was looking for at the time EJ White took the time to help me make a very informative decision. When I'm ready for a new/used car I will definitely be calling him back He's changed my mind about car salesmen. Thanks EJ!!
