Absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a service department for starters. Second went in to buy a new car as a repeat customer our salesman Tony was more interested in going home for the evening than making a sale. Not once did a manger come talk to us. So long story short Moritz lost a lifetime customer and Ford got the sale.
Roberto arevalo was the guy I chose to buy a camaro from ..,out of all the dealerships we visited. Roberto was the most deserving...along with the rest of the crew from Moritz...THANK YALL!!!
Negative 5 stars would be more like it! Absolutely the WORST service department ever! Don't buy any warranties when you buy your car. I would rather pay double than to use the service department here. 2.5 hours to change my tire! Really! Next time just give me the tire and I'll put it on while I'm there in less time than that! I will NEVER go back and use the service dept. Not for my free oil changes or my tire warranty! Absolute waste of my time with RUDE service techs. No thank you! Get it together!

I got a better equipped camaro ss from classic for $3000 cheaper than these guys were hassling me about. The salesman was cool is the only reason I give any stars. .

I have bought 3 vehicles from Moritz. All were good no pressure buying experiences and the service department gives excellent service too.
Don't buy from them! The so called VIP treatment is only before you sign the papers! And give you the run around when trying to get things resolved!!
