Gonzo took very good care of us from the minute we arrived at Sands Kia. Everything went very smoothly with the trade in of our old car and buying our beautiful new Kia. Gonzo was great about explaining our hybrid Sorrento. I highly recommend Gonzo and Sands!

I had oil change+tire rotation+multipoint vehicle safety inspection... And they washed my car, which I appreciated. Very satisfied with the service.

I was not able to use the lounge for the entire three and a half hour wait due to no seats being available. I received a text that my service was done but continued to wait an additional 40 minutes after it was completed. All of the staff members welcoming and friendly.
