I have a 2013 sorento that needed jumped numerous times and service was no help!! Finally put a battery in my car after weeks of them saying its not the battery. They are very incompetent! And I was told they would fill my gas tank up and not a drop. I will never return to monroeville Kia!! Worst dealership and service

Dave (service manager) was great to talk to. Very friendly and courteous and resolved the situation immediately. I appreciate that. They treated my husband very nice while he was there. Being that helpful and kind and having the patience to actually listen while I was speaking put everything right in my eyes after the fiasco that I had earlier in the morning. Thank you very much!!

I dropped my Mazdaspeed 3 off not runing, no one could figure out what was wrong with the car. When I took it into Mazda I was greater by Sam their service writer. Sam said they would get their top tech on it. With in a few days I had a reason why it was runing and a time frame to get it fixed and a detailed explanation of all services being performed. Mike Pampena ( the GM) went to great lengths over a minor issue I had about the service on my vehicle. I was very impressed of how he took control of the problem, promptly addressed my concerns, and fixed everything beyond even what was required of him to do. Very honest guy, and I will definitely be using Monroeville KIA in the future!

This is the second (first used and then new) Mazda I purchased from this dealership and both experiences were terrific! As a woman, there are typically stereotypes with buying cars, but I never felt intimated during either purchases. The sales staff was friendly and helpful rather than pushy. And the management team was very professional. I personally recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family for buying either a new or used vehicle.

I was in the market for a new vehicle under $16,000. I called the dealership and spoke to Cheryl about their Mazda3 models. I gave her what I wanted as far as options which was basically just an automatic with power doors and locks and stereo with CD. I stopped into the dealership the day after working a deal at the Irwin Kia dealer. I was truly blown away by the deal at Monroeville Kia. I'm glad I didn't close that deal. The salesman said we don't lose deals to Jim Shorkey! They put me in a new van that the other dealer couldn't get and financed it. The other dealer couldn't do what Monroeville Kia could. The day I went to Monroeville Kia is a day I will never forget. Micky is an exceptional sales representative and I was overjoyed with my experience there. Drove from Canfield Ohio to Monroeville Pa to see the car (80 miles). It was as advertised...a 2011 Hyundai Tucson AWD GLS. They gave me what I wanted for my trade and sold me the Tucson at the advertied "on line" price. Had a small issue that I discovered when I got back home. Called my salesman Ron Herschel and he went the extra mile to get it resolved. He's a stand up guy that I'd reccomend to anyone.
