Stress-free and incredible! Terry Burke works miracles! I came into Monroeville Kia initially expecting the same answer that every other dealership had given me: no. Terry Burke Today I came into this dealership, looking at Sportages. I had shopped @ for chevy, Ford, similar models. I told her what i was looking for..style, accessories, PRICE..and she found me the PERFECT car to fit my budget! I knew it when I saw it, it was right for me! And she knew it too! Could have NEVER even thought she would direct me to a "pre-owned", but she did, and I can not wait to pick it up! Finally happy to do Business with a Dealer who listens to your needs!! Terry Burke Today I purchased a Kia Optima! Thanks to Terry I am a first time car buyer! I though I wouldn't be able to get the car I wanted but Terry made that happen. Not only did Terry sale me a car, she taught me a few things. She was very generous and honest, and best of all she has a sense of humor! I loved being inside this dealership, i was treated with lots of respect and I loved that! I would recommend Terry and this dealership to anyone!

Our first car buying, and it went off without a hitch We got to the dealership just to browse after they were supposedly closed. Terry came out and we chatted with her a little bit. Explained that we had just moved here, explained what our budget was and what we were looking for. Terry said she had a couple things that would work for us and that we should give her a call on Monday and she'd come PICK US UP. unfortunately horrible service department On Friday I was told they would look at my car on Monday. On Monday, no one called. On Tuesday morning, I called and they would look at it "today". On Tuesday afternoon, the exact same person I had been speaking with, had never heard of me and had no record of my car being there.
