After reading the good reviews, I decided to give this place a chance. Initially, I called and spoke with Fran. She was very friendly and encouraging. Although she did not appear to be as informed insofar as trims and options go, I had no problems overlooking this fact given her pleasantness. EXCELLENT SUPER QUICK TRANSACTION. WE WERE TRYING TO GET A VEHICLE TO REBUILD OUR CREDIT FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW. ALL OF THE OTHER DEALERSHIPS WERE BASICALLY GOUGING US AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT WE WERE DESPERATE AND IN A BAD SITUATION. WE ACTUALLY FELT LIKE NORMAL PEOPLE THAT WERE RESPECTED AND VALUED AS CUSTOMERS; FROM THE SUPER QUICK, ALMOST IMMEDIATE RETURN PHONE CALL FROM MICKEY TO THE DELIVERY OF A NEW VEHICLE ONLY HOURS LATER. Valerie Cook was excellent! She was extremely approachable and very easy to talk to. At no point in the transaction process did I feel she was "getting over on me." I will be highly recommending her to friends, family, and anyone else interested in buying a new car. Simply put, she is the best salesperson I have been in contact with. She should be commended for her work.

When I entered the dealership I was just looking what was available in the Kia make. The salsman came up and was very friendly and ask if he could help me. I ask a few questions and he had the answers without hesitating. Not "pushy" at all. That would have sent me back out the door. We talked and he ask what I was looking for and he showed me what ke had. From that point I made up my own mind and bought a new car. I would recommend the salesman and the dealership.

it was my and my husbands second kia this year. andy went above and beyond his duty to make us comfortable in our decision. i love my forte and my husband really likes his sportage. andy is a great guy.
