Tracy isn't your usual car salesman As a woman, buying a car can be a terrible experience. No matter how much you know the salesman always thinks you should have brought your dad, husband, brother, etc... Thanks Terry Terry was great in getting us a car that we wanted and could also afford. She was no nonsense and honest from the time we walked into the dealership. Even when our first choice and first test drive ended up with a payment I wasn't comfortable with she didn't try to pressure us. She was more than happy to put us in another car and work out a payment that was right for us. Because of a Terry we drove away in a brand new car! Thank you!

Terry is Awesome Terry Burke is simply amazing. She went above and beyond for me to get the car I wanted and she made sure I left the dealership with that car. Monroeville Kia should be proud to have her on their team. One word to describe her is...AWESOME!!!

Terry changed my opinion of Monroeville Kia I have to give a little background information that preceded my current purchase: Two years ago, I had vowed that I would never return to Monroeville Kia, after my experience trading my Sorento in on a Sportage. I loved my Sorento and the only reason that I was scaling down was to get better gas mileage. I was placed with a new sales person who definitely had his own agenda. Excellent service Wasn't really planning on trading our car in today, was just looking to see what they had. I was greeted by Terry Burke as soon as we got in the parking lot. she was fantastic in helping us decide want we wanted. we ended up walking out with a 2015 Kia Optima. great car and great sevice.

Excellent service I bought a Kis Soul from Monroeville Kia about 3 weeks ago and I love it. I received awesome service from my sales person. He worked with me until I found a car that I liked. He even stayed way past the closing time to work up the deal. They are very hospitable and they really work with you to get you in your dream car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good service and a good quality car.
