I would NEVER recommend this Kia dealer! If you have your heart set on a Kia, drive the extra miles and go to Greensburg- especially if you're a woman buying by yourself. This sales staff is absolutely awful! I went in there with down payment in hand, facts and figures worked out, car picked out, and credit was fine. The salesman was horrible, tried to talk me into something I didn't want, told me I was "a fish on a hook" and "couldn't let me just walk out the door that easy".... initially when they took my keys to check out... read more
Don't waste your money. Junk Cars I have owned Kia Soul since Jan 2014. The car is already falling apart. When I purchased my car in 2014, the car was brand new. I thought that I traded in my 14 year old car to have a worry free life for at least 5 years. Unfortunately, that is not the case. My car is a piece of junk. Great salesman First, let me say I have never met a car salesman I met until Tracy Boyce. He was outside waiting for me when I pulled up. From the first hello until I drove off the lot, he was helpful, kind and a great person. He talked me through the whole process never pressuring me at all. Unhappy customer While Monroeville Kia is great when selling their cars after the fact they are unreliable. Shortly after I bought my Kia Soul the check engine light comes on so I took it to the dealership. Not knowing the had a separate entrance for service I went in the floor entrance. The dealer who seen me came up to and as soon as he found out I wasn't buying I needed service he was very rude.
