Terrible service department!! They don’t ’care at all about customers. Bought the car 8 months ago & have had the same problem since purchasing . Today was the last straw. I regret buying a KIA....never again!!
We had an awesome experience!! Our salesman Dallas was the BEST!! Very personable and got us the deal!! Sales manager worked with us as well!! Dallas has a return customer!!! As does Kia Monroeville!!! Thank you for the great experience!!!

I brought my car to be service and your advisor Jermey who began to be very impatient and rude because I called everyday to see if I was approved to have my car worked on because I need to be provided with either a loner or rental for transportation to work. I found out on me own through Kia consumer affair that I was approve because he and his rudeness refuse to check or even look into it for me. Very efficient and professionally run dealership. State inspection and oil change were completed in a reasonable time with an appointment set up thru phone call. Received message reminder confirming appointment. All staff were very courteous and provided a complimentary car wash as well.

Nothing to say service was great but pricey. I have nothing else to say. Also I know he said I was being fit in but the wait was from 9:30 Am to 2:45 to get 4 tires.
