On September 15 I went to have my car inspected. The waiting room was freezing,customers had no masks on. My appointment was for 1pm, I left at 2:50.pm. My car sat for 1/2 hour waiting to be pulled out of the work area. I asked was my car done and I was told that they were waiting for the stickers. Really, 1/2 hour to put on stickers?? Upon entering the dealership I was welcomed and offered a beverage. Marlon asked how he could help and I described wanting a sportage. He checked the inventory, showed me the car and got to work on the deal. The process was swift and painless. I drove off the lot with a great sportage.
