I also spent time with Keith to discuss warranty's. He was also quite helpful and answered my questions. I have always had a good experience whenever I get service at Montrose. The Seltos is my second car purchased from Montrose. I always stop and say hi to Bill Reichert who sold me my first car.

Everyone was extremely helpful and kind they were friendly. The salesman Paul was absolutely fantastic, sales manager also was very helpful and worked with us to achieve a comfortable compromise. Keith the finance manager was also a delight. This was a great experience although it was a long process they made it go very smoothly.

I'm glad they were able to fix what was needed to be done. If anything there was some confusion about what was supposed to be done that made me concerned about the bill

At DiFeo Kia I was met by Simon when I first walked in. He took the time to understand what I wanted, answered all questions and was able to give me a very good deal . It was a relaxed experience and no pressure . Based on my experience there , I would highly recommend the dealership and Simon.

Rachel has always been polite and helpful with servicing us over the years regarding our regular maintenance on both of our vehicles we purchased from Montrose in 2015. Over the course of the last 4 months, we’ve experienced a lot issues with both cars including multiple recalls for brake lines, catalytic converters, etc. The performance by the technicians at montrose who worked on the vehicles is pretty disgusting, and they should be fired along with management. Made an appt with Rachel for my Kia Optima and she got me in next day! She informed me about the night drop box and that was super convenient for me since i work in the morning. I dropped my car off and the mechanic diagnosed the engine light issue from a bent cannister purge valve pin that wasnt sealing. I needed a new battery too. very impressed by how quickly they solved the problem. I had the appt and fix in less than 24 hours. Amazing! The service reps and Jennifer are super great too!
