It was very nice and professional. Work was done under the time given. The newly renovated lobby and bathrooms were great and made the weight comfortable. I was able to see my car getting worked and the lady that handled my appointment was delightful.

Rays inability to explain the reason for additional charges for a software update, especially since the update was never completed is one of my major concerns regarding my recent experience with your service department. Prior to my visit, I encountered difficulties receiving and making calls while my phone was connected to my vehicle, resulting in static sound from the left speaker. We decided to test drive a Kia telluride and had the pleasure of meeting Gonzo to help us. Gonzo along with Justin were both extremely helpful, patience and kind. During the process they were never pushy, annoying or fake like many other dealerships. The process was smooth, easy going and they fixed minor things on the car without a problem.
