We were considering a new vehicle and researching available new vehicles of the previous model year meeting our other desired criteria. Monroeville Kia was one of the dealers who had what we were looking for. We reached out to 3 dealers to schedule test drives of cars that were listed on their website. Online used car sales coordinator Desiree omitted pertinent information about vehicle when directly asked if it was a smokers vehicle solely to get me into the dealership. Stopped responding to my questions after inquiring about smoking and never followed up with me. What an absolute waste of my time, do not deal with these people. The sales representative Austin on the other hand was a very nice individual, its unfortunate Desiree cost him a potential sale.

She also did not come into work on Monday until 12:30 p.m. You called in and spoke to Dana Davis @ 10:33 a.m. and did not ask anything bout the smoke smell on the 17 Alltrack.
