Claim they took parts apart and they didn't and charged me for it They said work was done and it was not and they did a multi point inspection and charged me a diagnosis charge that was included in the multi point inspection
I called told them my issues and was able to take my car right in. Rachel was able to give me a rental and within a few hours I had my car back.

The process was fine. but they really scammed us. We specifically stated the gap we wanted was the basic but they added the most expensive one thereby raising the car price overall. Even after a phone call it was very clear what was expected. Not happy at all and cannot change it . If it’s changed the payment would be the same

I have used Montrose Kia to purchase my vehicles and all services. The service department was always so helpful and courteous. Since I purchased my newest vehicle a 2024 Kia Soul I have been very disappointed in the service. I was a platinum customer for 20 years, when I purchased my new vehicle the platinum status was taken away. I don't feel that's how you should treat your customers that do everything with your company.
Quick friendly service. Also, I wasn’t pressed after the appointment to schedule a service visit. I was given a list of possible issues and told to call and schedule not pressed into scheduling right then and there. Would recommend.

It’s taken 2 months and my car seat is still broken. No one calls back, poor communication. To be honest, the dealership seems very unorganized and people in places they shouldn’t be. I like the car, but I wish I would’ve bought it from another place at this point.
