They where very polite people that really care to make customers happy. I would 100% do business with them again.
We've bought two vehicles from this dealership and we've had incredible experiences both times. All of the staff has been accommodating, respectful, and friendly. Any problems that we've had were dealt with promptly. We ran into minor issues with our last purchase and the staff went beyond what we could have ever expected to make things right for us. I've never experienced better customer service from a business. I wish I could rate them 10 stars!

My salesman will wheeler was awesome I ask him to give me the best deal he could cause I don't like the back and forth game and he did just as I asked my experience at Monroeville kia was much better than previous experience at another kia dealership in butler thanks to all the staff at Monroeville kia I look forward to seeing you all when I get my vehicle serviced
They lied, stated I could get a remote start installed. You can't get a factor remote installed on kia souls. DO BUY FROM THEM, THEY LIED TO ME AND WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM
Overall I would recommend Monroeville Kia, however, with a few caveats. My sales rep Anthony was excellent and I would definitely recommend him. This dealership states that they do not charge above MRSP which I believe is a deceptive practice. Every one of their new vehicles comes wit h an "Appearance Protection Coatings" for which they charge $995. I stated that I did not want this and that it should be optional, but was refused. I scheduled an appointment with the Internet Customer Specialist and arrived early at the dealership---I was told that the sales person who met me at the dealership would handle my request---first they said the car I had an appointment to see was not there---then it magically appeared---but I could not drive it--then I could and did but was not allowed to travel far enough to even test the transmission.
