Went in for an oil change and the multi point inspection. They offer but told them what to look at. They charge me 320.00 dollars to tell me what was included in the multi point inspection. Also saying they removed parts to confirm what was bad was not done in anyway. So they lied about the work done.
Kept me informed. Always pleasant. Joe explained what was going on with my car. Rachel worked with me & the warranty company to get my repair covered. And the service manager gave me a loaner car so I wasn't stuck at the dealership for an additional 4 hours. Also-- was thrilled that the team cleaned my car. It looked so good.

Gonzo was the perfect salesman. He was personable and professional. He listened to our needs didn't push. He also didn't try to undersell or oversell us a car. He met us on our schedule and worked to find us the perfect Telluride.
