They took care of the issues I had but my car was a certified used car and I don't think the car should have had an alignment issue when I purchased it.

Gonzo was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. TK in finance was very efficient helping us thru the paperwork. I strongly recommend Gonzo and Sands Kia. P.S. When I did the review the spellchecker changed and credited my glowing review of Gonzo to GONZAGA. I definitely think Gonzaga and spellchecker could use some additional training from Gonzo...

Had to get my car serviced and it did not go well. Service dept doesn't call you back . Had to wait for a rental over a week.
