I was sold a car and had it for less than 48 hours before the engine locked. Vehicle got towed to dealership. I wait the whole next day and never received a call. I call service and was told their waiting for Kia to approve the claim. What claim? What’s wrong with the car? How long is this going to take? None of this info was offered like I’m not totally distraught that I was sold a certified used car with a bad engine. The worst car buying experience ever

Ordered new tires through Monroeville Kia after searching many types and brands when I found their buy 3 get 4th tire for one dollar sale in progress. The final price saved me money and the service was excellent, even included a complimentary car wash.

Terrible service department!! They don’t ’care at all about customers. Bought the car 8 months ago & have had the same problem since purchasing . Today was the last straw. I regret buying a KIA....never again!!
We had an awesome experience!! Our salesman Dallas was the BEST!! Very personable and got us the deal!! Sales manager worked with us as well!! Dallas has a return customer!!! As does Kia Monroeville!!! Thank you for the great experience!!!
