I was sold a car and had it for less than 48 hours before the engine locked. Vehicle got towed to dealership. I wait the whole next day and never received a call. I call service and was told their waiting for Kia to approve the claim. What claim? What’s wrong with the car? How long is this going to take? None of this info was offered like I’m not totally distraught that I was sold a certified used car with a bad engine. The worst car buying experience ever
